How many Cities Kwickneeds is Operational?

Ans. Presently we are in Bhopal,Indore and soon we are expanding in major A class and B class metroes in India.

Are the Vendors you send qualified ?

Yes The vendors are qualified and experts in their respective fields.Moreover We have checks on their background and references before we appoint any task to your workplace in order to ensure time and safe work execution .Before appointment the vendors have to pass certain test and verification process to essure that they may able to perform upto the certain level of  satisfaction to the clients.

What happen if the vendor or service provider got the things damaged ?

We normally replace all such thinghs with in limited liability clause.

What if I want some additional work from the vendor visited for the services booked?

You may but we dont have responsiblity of execution and quality of the work.

Do i need to organised the supplies for the Home Services ?

The basic tools and equipment will be arranged by the vendor .However some additional items may require depanding on the nature of the work ,such as small cloth etc.

How do i reschedule a job booked on Kwickneeds?

You may cancle boking any time .The notification will reach the vendor .Please do email us at customercare@kwickneeds.com.in or call our support team 9111194365. However, the most convenient way is to reschedule a job through ap abd website or calling to customer support.

Are services provided are restricted to City Specific ?

The Services mention on the Website are City Specific .While Selecting location the Services available to that city only been displayed .in order to change city on website please select City icon on the right upper cormer and on mobile app please quit and login fresh with the desired city .

I have been registered user with City A .but i want services in City B .How to do it.

A.Please select the desired City and proceed . B.While check out please provide the service address details.

Can I choose suitable date and Time for the Service?

Yes,We had designed the application according to you choice of Date and suitable Time .However please note that the avilability of vendor as per your requirement is not always avilable sometimes .However our call center will call you in case there is challange in delievring services and will fix schedule accordinginly .You may also push or SMS notifications wheerever possible for latest update of your order
